Doke brings over four decades of professional leadership and community governance to the team. A graduate of the University of Arkansas (BSBA) and the University of Tennessee Dental School (DDS), Doke practiced dentistry for 46 years, building a reputation for precision and dedicated patient care.

Beyond his clinical practice, Doke has a distinguished record of board service, including tenures with First National Bank and Southwest Arkansas Mental Health. His commitment to public service is further reflected in his two terms on the City Council, where he focused on community development and resource alignment. Doke’s extensive experience in both the private sector and civic leadership makes him a versatile strategist dedicated to long-term community impact. He resides in Arkansas with his wife, surrounded by his children and six grandchildren.
