Surrender Support Case Managers are the cornerstone to ensure a smooth and supported process, serving as an intermediary between foster families and loving pet owners. Whether you have a passion for people and animals or a love for social services, HPF needs you!

● What can I do?

As a Surrender Support Case Manager, you will be paired with a local pet in need and their designated foster family to help ensure:

  • Owners in crisis are supported through our network of organizations

  • Pets are receiving the care they need with their foster families

  • Foster families are provided guidance and support

  • Owners are able to schedule visitation time with their pet

  • Foster families can participate in ongoing program training

  • Owners are reunited with their pet
